Answer all four Questions.  (5×4=20)

2. The elevation and left side in view of an object are given in figure, but plan is missing. Draw the plan.

OR

Sketch free hand of one type of foundation bolt.

3. Draw the projection of a pentagonal pyramid base with 30mm side and 50mm resting in H.P. on its base with one edge of the base perpendicular to the V.P.

OR

A cone diameter of base 45 mm and axis 50 mm long is resting on its base on H.P. it is cut by a section plane perpendicular to axis of the cone, bisecting the axis. Draw sectional plan of the cone.

4. Develop the lateral surfaces of square pyramid base with 25 mm side and axis 50 mm long.

OR

Draw the projection of a triangular prism base with 30 mm side and 50 mm long resting on one of its bases of the H.P. with a vertical face perpendicular to V.P.

5. Draw isometric projection of a circle in vertical position. Diameter of circle is 40mm.

OR

Draw isometric view of a block of length 60mm, width 40mm and height 25mm.

Group C

Answer all Three Questions.  (10×3=30)

6). A Triangular prism of base 40 mm side and axis 60mm long is resting in H.P. on one of its rectangular faces with the axis inclined at 30° to the V.P. It is cut by a horizontal plane at a distance 10 mm above H.P. Draw its elevation and sectional plan.

OR 

Draw the development of a cone with 30 mm base diameter and height 70 mm. It is cut by a plane perpendicular to its axis at 35 mm height.

7. A cone of base diameter 50mm and axis 60mm long is resting in H.P. on its base. A section plane perpendicular to the V.P. and inclined to the H.P. at an angle of 45° cuts the cone 40mm above the base. Develop the lateral surface of the truncated cone.

OR

A cylinder of base 50 mm in diameter and axis 70 mm long is lying on H.P.  Draw its isometric projection when axis is horizontal.

8. Draw the projection of a pentagonal prism with base 25mm side and axis 55mm long, resting on one of its rectangular faces in the H.P. with its axis inclined at 45° to the V.P.

OR

A hexagonal pyramid with base 25 mm side and axis 50 mm long is resting on one of the edges of its base in the H.P. and parallel to the V.P. Draw its projections and side view also.
